Can't access Gaia portal after enabling application control and URL blade
Hi Team,
I have a new security gateway i.e. 3600 series and version is R81.20 take 26.
When I enable application control and Url blade I can't get Gaia portal of gateway IP address. But I can get ping.
I have only created firewall and stealth rules.
I have license.
Can anyone please suggest me why I can't get access on Gaia portal.

Please show a screenshot of the exact rules used here.
Also, what do the logs say?

That, to me at least, does not sound logical at all. No blade if enabled would block Gaia portal What can happen sometimes is, say if you do major upgrade and fw is rebooted, it can load initial policy, whch will block gaia portal access IF its on custom port (meaning anything but 443)
As Phoneboy said, please send a screenshot and what you see in the logs.
Cheers,
Andy

As you can see in logs the https connection accepted but I can't get access after enabling application control blade and pushing policy to firewall.
@the_rock You are right it load initial policy.

Thats why it fails if it loads initial policy. If you run fw unloadlocal and then install right policy, it will work 100%.
