CPU TOP percentage

@PhoneBoy @Admir Can anyone please clarify whether the CPU top_conns output CPU is divided by 100% or by which term it was calculated. since it seems each is more than 50% . here is the snap for your reference,

The utilization is relative to the core the connection is being processed on.
You'll notice that the top 3 connections are all on different cores (the CPU # at the end is different).
