I have started to face a weird issue on this new setup of ours.
This setup is newly built and since it was deployed, there is a weird issue observed on smart console.
The gateway status for one of the checkpoints is always shown as unavailable as shown in below.
The management server and the ha cluster frontend devices are in the same frontend subnet.
All the communication between management server and the gateways is open (no NSG, firewall rules blocking it)
Changed permission level for Service principle, updated the nic, changed sync interfaces etc.
I have spent quite some time now trying to figure out what the problem would be, but no luck so far.
