Hi Mates,

SNMP agent is not responding from monitoring tool towards all our checkpoint firewall.

We have snmp bug in checkpoint code and checkpoint engineer team has working on GA of JHF.

Mean while we have a temporary fix as to turn off and turn on the snmp agent in checkpoint so could anyone help me with the automatic of this task

condition to trigger this alert "snmp agent not responding from monitoring tool"

Then we need below action

login to firewall

clish

mgmt plane

set snmp agent off

set snmp agent on

save config

we are in R80.40 and i need a solution for automating this task before checkpoint finds a Jumbo hotfix

I still fail to understand the challenge. This seems to be a simple shell script that you can trigger.
