Appliance Hardware Diagnostic Tool and xfs
By sk97251 and also from mine experience Appliance Hardware Diagnostic Tool not support xfs. But from 80.20 xfs is default file system.
So mine question is, how do you work with Appliance Hardware Diagnostic Tool on todays versions of ChP?

Considering the SK says R81 is a supported version, its safe to say it supports xfs.
Are you running the tool from the appliance or trying to boot of USB, which the sk says is not supported from R80 and above?

I failed to find a statement about XFS not being supported in the SK. Anyhow, mentioned supported file systems are only relevant to USB format, not the actual appliance HDD. Just make sure you are using the latest tool from sk97251. If you still have any issues, please open a TAC case and report here.

I have suspicions about hw issue on appliance, so I made clear install of R80.40. Next I tried to run Appliance Hardware Diagnostic Tool from appliance but it ended with "No file system could mount root, tried: ext2 iso9660".
I will try to open SR.
