Access to CLI

Hello

The customer has non-admin ssh access on the CLI of the Security Gateways for collecting packet capture when required for troubleshooting communication issues.
How can I provide him access to get the pcap file via winscp without giving him the privileged expert role?
Is that possible?

Thats exactly what you need, what Vincent sent. I tested this before and works for what its intended.
