6200P not taking LOM firmware upgrade

I am trying to upgrade firmware on a 6200P LOM card to v6.2 . Unlike when you put in the wrong firmware it doesn't stop me from going further, I upload the correct firmware and it stays on processing load icon forever until it times out and kicks me back out to the login page. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi Beholder

Is there any VPN connection on your PC?
This might block the uploading of the FW

What is the current LOM firmware version you have and which browser is used for the upload?

The current LOM version is 6.1 . I have tried chrome and Firefox. All I can think of is that it's a bad LOM card? I've done this same update on 50 of our other Checkpoint devices.

If you did this so many times before and was fine on different firewalls, does not sound like you are doing anything wrong. Personally, I would call TAC and see if they can check it for you. Hope its not an issue with LOM card itself...

See if below helps.
