3920 Setup without zero-touch

Does anyone have a procedure to setup a 3920 without using zero-touch provisioning?

Connect a console cable (9600 8n1 no flow control) and log in as admin/admin,
Use clish to configure the interfaces as necessary (one will likely be configured with 192.168.1.1) and then connect via the web interface to the appropriate IP.
This will take you to the First Time Wizard.

What seems to be missing is the manual installation of T271 is part of the process according to TAC.

To my knowledge the 3920 should ship with that image R82.10 T271 but will confirm. Was yours different?

On the management side the requirement is R82 JHF T19 or above and SmartConsole build 1053.
