The tool is a simple Windows proxy server with filter management.
It is used to start or stop a proxy service and to define rules for network access:
- proxy server for HTTPS and HTTP connections
- proxy server port 8080
- allow and block rules for hosts, URLs, IP addresses, ranges, and CIDR networks
- targeted control of which destinations are reachable through the proxy
- log for displaying logs
- status monitoring of server status and proxy connections
In short:
It is a Windows proxy server for filtering network access according to rules in order to simulate simple proxy functionalities in the lab.

To use the tools, you may need the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.
