wmi permission denied error 1570 appliance

Recently we are integrated our AD with checkpoint SMB 1570 smart-1 cloud managed appliance.

After the integration we are facing issue with "WMI permission denied" error on smart console and gateway CLI 

We are followed below article, but it will not help us.

Recommend investigating the use of Identity Collector instead of legacy ADquery.

AD Query requires using a user with full admin rights due to changes in Windows.
Second the suggestion to use Identity Collector, which is supported from R81.10.05 firmware versions.
