proxy setting not working 1800 Quantum Spark appliance

I have 1800 Quantum Spark appliance configured to use Proxy both in Gaia and in SmartConsole.

For some reason the gateway is not trying to communicate via Proxy (nor in any other way)

For example: AV / IPS updates

Try to check whether the FW is trying to communicate from another interface. Check the routes and default gateway DG.

Which firmware version/build are these units deployed with - does the issue happen for both the active & standby member of the cluster or just one of the units?
