proxy setting not working 1800 Quantum Spark appliance

I have 1800 Quantum Spark appliance configured to use Proxy both in Gaia and in SmartConsole.

For some reason the gateway is not trying to communicate via Proxy (nor in any other way)

For example: AV / IPS updates
