Faced error 00363 on SMB device after policy changing. Found a lot other error codes, but not this one. Does anybody faced it earlier?

Yes, it found a lot of too, but not this error ID.

Check the Revisions, what was the last change and revert it. (or audit log can help a lot)

Which version / build of firmware is used with this appliance?

What have you tried so far, reboot / checking available space & memory etc?

I searched KB, also asked ai copilot, nothing. I would reboot the box if I were you, if that fails, maybe try update to latest version, if still no luck, contact TAC.
