connect winscp to my gateway

it seems like i have to change the shell so that it looks directly into expert mode or something in order to use winscp correctly?

 

what are the commands to do this ?

 

i tried the chsh command but i get an error , the gateway is a 1500 series. 

 

 

[Expert@FW1]# chsh -s /bin/bash admin
bash: chsh: command not found

In expert mode, type bashUser on.
