checkpoint System error- failed to retrieve logs

Hello,

We're using checkpoint Quantum Spark 1590 Appliance, version R81.10.08,

Keep getting this error:

"System Error

An internal error has occurred.

If the problem persists, contact Check Point Technical Assistance Center

Failed to retrieve logs"

Is there a way to fix it?

Suggest upgrading to the latest firmware (R81.10.15).
If the problem persists, a TAC case is probably in order.

I would say, first, maybe try reboot, if that fails, upgrade. If that fails too, yes, contact TAC.
