What is the maximum number of members supported in Quantum Spark Cluster?

I would like to confirm the maximum number of members supported in a Cluster for Quantum Spark appliances (for example 1500/1600/1800/2000 series).

This is restricted to ClusterXL High Availability mode consisting of Two members: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk178604

As Load Sharing is not supported, this is the SMB clustering.

Normal HA clusters could have more than two members back in the R65 days. One would be Active, one Standby, and the rest would go to Backup. They didn't participate in state sync normally. If the Active member failed, the Standby would become Active and a Backup member would start synchronizing state, becoming Standby.

I wonder if it's really limited to two members now.

I confirmed with TAC it is indeed 2.

This is an SMB-specific limitation, not for ClusterXL in general.
