Test failover does not work

I have Quantum Spark 1570 Appliance

There are 3 internet links

High Availability mode is enabled.

But when I turn off the first link to do a test, the other links don't take over.

Do you have something I need to enable to work?

Thanks a lot for the help.

Yes, HA mode is enabled.

I found an error, I had a manual route configured, I deleted it, now when I turn off the main link the other automatically takes over.

I assume the WAN interface is the primary here?
In which case, it wouldn't fail over unless that interface is down...

It's correct, when I turn off the primary link, the others don't take over.
So the office is without internet.

I've already done the configuration of which link should take over, but nothing happens.

Follow the priority of each link

In the original screenshot you posted, it appears the WAN interface was active and connected.
LAN5 looks like it was disconnected.
It's not clear which of the above four screenshots apply to which physical interface.
Please clarify the above as well as how precisely you "turned off the first link."
Also it's not clear if you are using HA or Load Sharing mode (they are mutually exclusive):

Manually configured routes will override the ISP Redundancy features for sure.
