TCP 18191 CONNECTION FAILURE

Hi

Setup is as follows

1570 appliance using smart-1 cloud for management

I setup this up initially with no issues, and was able to manage the policies of the appliance using SmartConsole

I then removed the appliance from its current router, took it to a client network and then brought it back to

the original router is was connected to.

Since then it is not able to communicate with smart-1 cloud

The initial error shown was TCP 18191 connection failure

I then tried to reinitialize the SIC, but now I cant establish trust

and the original TCP problem still remains.

Please see pics attached

Any ideas please ?

thank you

Easy to see that the Smart-1 Cloud is not accessible from the SMB. When you took it to a client network, did you change anything in the ruleset ?

The quickest way to handle this issue is a reset to factory and performing FirstTimeWizard again...

Rather strange - it worked before, so firmware upgrade could remove bugs but not decide upon operability. Maybe as the firmware update deleted temporary and TP data that did make the difference...

Hello
I took the 1530 back onsite yesterday and the WAN connection did the same thing

On the firewall itself:
- DNS probing failed
- cant ping its GW or anything on the internet
- It cant connect to smart-1-cloud for management

However:
From the LAN ports and  LAN subnet
I do have internet access, IP and Domain name

I would look at the upstream provider to check
but if I connect a laptop to the WAN port I get full
internet access with the same public IP address

Also I can not VPN using office Mode on the Public IP address

Public IP's on the WAN port and then on the GW /30

Any ideas ?

Thank you
