SMB not sending logs to management server

im out of ideas. 

i followed all the steps in sk40090

the weird thing is i have logs from the application blade but not the firewall blade.as it would seem . How is that possible?

I would look if your contract is validated with usercenter. although when the contract is not validated, the only log you will have will be from the firewall and not from the blades

you had an old EVAL on the machine that was expired and you installed a new one over?

if this is the case you must sync the contract with usercenter. if this is not the case further investigation by TAC is required
