SMB gateway showing empty security report
Greetings, I have weird issue, I hope anyone can help me.
For specific gateway (Check Point 750 Appliance; Firmware Version: R77.20.87 (990173120) - Locally Managed), when periodic security report (sent via smbmgmtservice (SMP) - eu-1.spark-management.checkpoint.com) arrived, there wasn't any data in it.
It also happens when I log into security gateway and manually generate daily/weekly/monthly security report (LOGS & MONITORING > Status > Reports)
I'm able to see logs but reports don't show anything (suddenly stopped working - see picture below).
Empty report
I saw sk100630 (Empty Reports appear on locally managed Check Point 600 / 1100 Appliance), but still don't have idea how to fix this.

What is the uptime of the unit, does the issue persist after a reboot?
Alternately you could try build 3127 but the issue may need to be investigated further with TAC.

Did you report the issue to TAC for further investigation at all or try the newer firmware build?

I didn't, to be honest I'm newbie. And when it comes to Check Point 750 Appliance, isn't this latest firmware version?

Thanks mate,
upgrading to the latest firmware version fixed this issue, as you've recommended.
There was still some error at the beggining (see attachment), but now everything seems just fine.

The latest public release is here: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk153433
However, it looks like you have a different build and suggest a TAC case to assist with this: https://help.checkpoint.com

Thanks man, but as you can see @Chris_Atkinson already gave me newer release, so before going to TAC with new case, I'm wondering if Chris maybe has newer build that I can possibly try again.
For some reason, I've tried to send Chris private message and it doesn't show at Inbox (Private Notes/Messages) page, not sure why.

Other builds if any are only available via TAC, please consult them further regarding your issue.

Hi,
as I've already mentioned, upgrading to the latest firmware version fixed this issue.
There was two versions:
fw1_sx_dep_R77_990173127_20 &
fw1_sx_dep_R77_990173153_20.img
I can give you one of them, but I suggest you to open the case/ticket to Check Point support in order to get latest firmware for 700 appliance series.
