Remove Auto Generated Rules - SMB

I have attached a screenshot of a test SMB policy. I want to remove the Auto Generated Rules. I have toggled the Access Policy Control in Blade Control to Off with no luck. I also tried to change to Strict and it added a Strict Default Policy. When I then toggle the Access Policy Control to Off again I still get the attached Screenshot. Is there anyway to remove the Auto Generated Rules?

Hi,

Rule number 4 (application control auto generated rule) can be disabled by turning off Application control
Policy --> Access Policy--> turn off Applications & URL Filtering

Thanks. My goal is to remove auto-generated all together and create my own. If I turn off App and URL filtering then my manual rules with applications will not work. And yes, rule 4 is greyed out, but still shown in the rule base. Looks like I'm stuck with the Auto Generated either way.
