Hi Pablo,
AntiSpam blade works in similar way on Gaia embedded appliances as in regular Gaia. However, from my personal experience, has an expensive resource usage on this devices.

MTA ATRG or FAQ documments does not mention support for Gaia embeded devices.

The SMB appliances do not have MTA functionality to the best of my knowledge, primarily due to their limited hardware resources.
That said it should still be able to do Threat Emulation on SMTP.
