Reflexive NAT not working for UDP traffic

Hello,

In case UDP traffic of SIP service and other services reflexive NAT not working automatically.If I configure reflexive NAT manually the it is working.But since there is many IP phones natted with a single IP , manual configuration is not a solution.Can anyone suggest any option.

Alot of work has gone into improving the VoIP experience in recent releases (sk176295), which version is the Gateway installed with?

Quantum Spark 1600, version R80.20.35

My observation is that when configure only hide NAT UDP session not operational properly but if configure reflexive NAT for a single IP phone then this phone is fully operational.My observation is may be UDP traffic cannot track properly  in hide NAT.

Did you use the VoIP wizard to guide your configuration?

It was introduced starting in R80.20.35 though R80.20.40 is probably the recommended version at this time pending R80.20.50.

Please note R80.20.50 (sk179654) was recently released with the following enhancements:

VoIP enhancements

  • Allows bidirectional traffic with the SIP service provider.

  • Extend SIP service timeout.
