Do you offer 2500's in a industrial build so they can be deployed in harsh environments?

Not currently.

Is it possible to manage 2500 series with Smart-1 Cloud?

Will the 2500 have multiple sim slots and can they both be active on the 5G network?

Two sim slots as active/standby.

I heard there was a plan to put full Gaia (not embedded) onto the smaller appliances is this still underway or has it been shelved?

This is in our plans, but not for the short term.

Do all SMP instances support R82?

Yes, Spark Management can manage R82 Spark gateways

Will there be the ability to have Sub Plans?

Using the new MSP capabilities you can share plans from the top level, MSP account to customer accounts.
It is also possible to make specific customer configuration on the customer level.

How to manage SMBs when they are airgapped?

Central management with SMP requires Internet access. For completely airgapped devices, you’d have to use the device’s local management (WebUI/clish) or an on-premise Smart-1 (different experience than what’s shown here).

Is Playblocks integration with SMP free?

The enhanced notifications in Spark Management, powered by Playblocks will be with no additional cost.

Does the 2500 series comes by default SDWAN Licensees? If so, does the Spark Management manage also the SDWAN from 2500 series?

It comes with what we call SD-WAN for SMB. This works with web UI and Spark Management and support application based routing but no VPN overlay.

How can I get access to the MSSP dashboard?

It will be released as GA shortly.

Can you manage SMB Clusters with Quantum Spark Cloud Management?

Yes

Will the zero touch website be integrated in the Infinity portal?

Yes, this is planned.

Is there a plan to introduce a Spark Administrator certification in the future?

Is PAYG only possible using the Spark Management or is it also available with Smart-1 Cloud?

Only with Spark Management.

Are there any licensing blade limitations with PAYG?

All blades are included.

Is it possible to connect the Gateway to Spark Management for PAYG but still manage policies and rules on local management - directly on the gateway?

It is possible to override Plan rules and configure locally in a more granular manner.
