Quantum Spark 1800 HA split brain issue
Hi all,
I have an issue regarding quantum spark 1800 HA, let me share my issue scenario, i have two Quantum spark 1800 in HA state (Device01 is primary and Device 02 is secondary). After running production for a month, i got issue secondary device has taken primary role because primary device got issue. When i check ha status of Device02, i see inactive status of primary device. I cannot failover to Device01 anymore. That's why i reset Device01 config as default and reconfigure as primary role, then, i want to resync with Device02 (currently primary state).
(Note: The main configuration is on Device02, so i need to sync Device02's configuration to Device01)
Could you please share any suggestion on it. Appreciate for all the response.
Here is Device02 status
here is Device01 status

Why not configure Device01 as standby ? It will sync with Device02 and cluster works again. In the time you discovered the failover, did you save logs from the issue ? This would have been a case for CP TAC.

Thanks for the suggestion, i have done so many times configuring Device01 as standby, it is saying cannot establish SIC eventhough key is correct. I contacts to TAC and they solved it doing the same as i did, i have no idea what is wrong with me.
