Mdeamon Mail server problem with SMTPS ports

Hello,

I have a problem with SMB SG2000 appliance,

I replaced the mikrotik with the appliance and i can send email when i am outside of local network, for example with hotspot,

I can send and recieve emails when i am in local network ,only i can send when i am outside,

I Disabled all blades and all the same,i changed the smtps service to a new service smtps_raw to avoid the ssl inspection but was the same problem. With mikrotik everything is ok work just fine.

465 Port in Open  from outside ,

995 is open from outside

When i try to make a mail setup on outlook recievin is completed but the sendin gives the error(Unknown Sender)

So can someone gives me some advice.

Because mikrotik is a switch/router only, but not a firewall module!

HTTPS Inspection will not occur unless it is explicitly enabled, so changing the "standard" services won't help.
Any logs from the 2000 that show access attempts during the same time?
Also, what firmware version/build?

Are you sure you're allowing all the necessary communication?
Have you done any packet captures (tcpdump, fw monitor) to verify the traffic flow is performing correctly?

Most likely, this is going to require TAC to assist.
