I did happen to see this issue a couple of times:
- what is displayed in SMB WebGUI License tab ?
- what is displayed by cplic print on SMB CLI ?
Last working solution for a similar issue was:
- Run the following commands on the Management Server:
- # cd $CPDIR/database/
- # cp entitlement_status_collector_db.C entitlement_status_collector_db.C.bkup
- # cpstop; rm entitlement_status_collector_db.C;cpstart
- Run the following commands on the gateway:
- # cd $CPDIR/database/
- # cp entitlement_status_collector_db.C entitlement_status_collector_db.C.bkup
- # cpstop; rm entitlement_status_collector_db.C;cpstart
- Wait for 10 minutes and check the license status in the SamrtConsole
- Reboot SMS
- Install policy
