License is not working

Hi everybody

I have a 1800 Quantum Spark appliance which has Sanblast suscription package, but at the moment to match the license, it show us some blades with "No service" status on the expiration column, as you can see in the image below.

Does anyone know why this happens? and how can I resolve this issue?

Im guessing it has to be complaining about subscription. Is it locally or centrally managed? If centrally, you can try "get licences" from smart update or update the contract. Either way, you should check with Account services to confirm.

Does the CLI output mirror this and which firmware version/build is the appliance installed with here?

As Andy wrote if the problem persist please contact Account Services to review it.
