Is that possilbe to upgrade the factory firmware version?

Dear all.

We just noticed that even after we upgrade the SMB to the latest version, the default factory version is never updated.

That means that each time we factory reset the SMB, we still have to take time to upgrade the Firmware again and again.

Is that possible to flash the default factory version as the latest as it's updated also?

I dont believe thats possible. Factory firmware version would always show the same. Maybe someone else can confirm 100%, but Im fairly sure thats the case.

Best,

Andy

Never knew that command existed (well, not possible on regular Gaia), but below is what I see on demo version...

It got deleted after 4 hours, but that would make sense.

Second option: put firmware on USB stick and boot from it. It will update the current image but also factory image.

Config will be lost!
