CheckMates Go:
Maestro Madness
A very beginner question here, so apologies.
What is the best way to provide and exclusion for a URL, as per this the attached log file image.
Thanks in advance.
URL Filtering - Reject -HTTPS - Rule 5 - dropbox.com rejected
Application Control - Reject - HTTPS - Rule 5 - Dropbox was rejected
Maybe something like what I attached? I know customer who did exactly like that and worked fine. Different site mind you, but you get the idea : - )
Andy
Where did you set to reject drop box ?
Thanks for response.
Nothing explicitly set, just using default plan and rules.
Should work if you uncheck File Sharing Apps, can you try that?
Thanks for responses.
Unchecking File Sharing Apps was a consideration, however I didn't prefer that option due to the rest of the Allows it does.
In the end I did similar to the_rock's suggestion in that I created an Application & URL group which included the application and a couple of URL's. Then created the outgoing allow rule using that.
Thanks again.
