Field must have a value message prompted when changing the Body from Customize Message

Hi, I am working on Spark 1600 to set up URL and App filtering, I created a policy to block certain URLs and want to customize message to prompt user when they access the blocked URL. When I changed the body content of Block and inform, I got the ERROR window prompting for - Field must have a value. I cannot change anything. Is it a bug or any rules I need to follow?

The FW version is R80.20.20 (992001844)

Many thanks

Ken

As stated previously, HTTPS Inspection is required to show block pages.
On SMB appliances, it's called "SSL Traffic Inspection" which is different from "HTTPS Categorization."
Otherwise, the behavior you are describing is expected.

R80.20.20 is End of Support and you should upgrade to a more recent firmware.

Independent of this issue, do you have HTTPS Inspection enabled?
This is required to even display a block page, much less a custom one.

Thanks for your suggestion, I have upgraded the 1600 to R81.10.15 (996003720) and I can customize the messages for Block and Inform page. However, when user browsing the Internet to the block site, the page can be blocked but it cannot show the Block and Inform page message instead of the showing the can't reach this page message. Appreciated if you can help to read the attached pdf. Thanks
