Connecting to Cloud Services SMP 730

 
 
 

Hi guys, I am trying to connect my 730 appliance to smp-beta.checkpoint.com, the SMP has recognized my device and it is showing up in the portal but for some reason I could not get connectivity and it is stuck during fetching policy (img2), I tried to open the required ports (img2) from my router but when I test it via the CLI it is still unreachable. Any help would be appreciated!
