CheckPoint 1490 DHCP Not working on Sub-Interface

I have a CheckPoint at a site where the DHCP Server is not working for the LAN 1 sub interfaces. The issue seemed to appear after a power outage that looks to be only affecting the sub interfaces on the Router. 

Just curious if anyone has also ran into this issue. 

Things I've tried:

- Rebooted the router

- Applying hotfix (R77.20.75 (990172321)) and reboot

- Enabled/Disabled DHCP Server

- Check DHCP conf and leases files for the LAN1 and LAN1 sub interface files (e.g Interface LAN1.15)

- Factory reset the router to the current/updated firmware and restored the config
