Hi Mate.

this is the disk usage.
was this related disk usage issue? (/pfrm2.0)
or another possibility? also have the smb1500 device as well and it successfully upgraded to R81.10.17, even the (/pfrm2.0) is used higher than the smb1800 -__-
Thank you!
I believe this is a known issue and the fix is included in R81.10.17 GA.

R81.10.17 Build 996004508
SMBGWY-12801 | General | In some scenarios, upgrading to version R81.10.15 fails. |
I recommend to upgrade (if possible) to the latest R81.10.17 Build 996004620 as it includes many stability fixes 🙂
Hi Guys,
Thank you so much for all the suggestion😊 Kudos for everyone in here!
After try to update to the newest firmware one, still error is same, even I tried online upgrade, also the same error occurred.
Then I just did reset fabric, upgrade to newest firmware and did the configuration from the beginning 😭 and now all is OK, we have back up device but a lower model to only serve the traffic for temporary.

Woah, so there's known issue ya, same suggestion appears in here for upgrade to the latest one, alright let me try upgrade it, hopefully it will be working, thank you 😊
I would suggest to try sk98549: How to re-image SMB / Quantum Spark appliances firmware version using USB Flash Drive
Looks like this also applicable but it will erase the current configuration which I need extra steps to export the configuration, any way thank you for the suggestion 😉.
There is another way to install the firmware without overwriting configuration, that is to perform the manual upgrade to R81.10.x via CLI.
- Perform the following Expert Mode command in order to allow SCP protocol connection:
bashUser on
- Please download the latest GA version of firmware for the 1500 appliances:
- Enter the appliance via WinSCP connection of SCP protocol and upload to the /storage directory the latest GA version image.
Note: Before uploading image to /storage directory, all the files in this directory have to be deleted.
rm -rf /storage/*
- Perform the following Expert Mode command for a manual upgrade via CLI:
upgrade_revert_image.sh /storage/%FILENAME% upgrade safe
oh nice! let me try with the backup device, thanks.
Either try an intermediate step via R81.10.10 build 996002993 or attempt R81.10.17 would be my suggestion.
alright, let me try it first, same suggestion also shared here, thank you 😊
There is also 81.10.17 4653 now available, I think.
