730 and CoreXL
Hi,
is it normal that CoreXL is disabled on 730 appliance?

CoreXL is disabled
I found something in sk105380, but why its not using both cores?

Yes it is, read the details here: SecureXL & CoreXL on SMB devices
Both cores (and coreXL) can only be used with 14x0 SMB units that have the same hardware as 7x0s.
