We recently (yesterday) installed a Check Point 1500 Series appliance - Quamtum Spark, embedded in the network. The solution is generally functional; however, we are facing difficulties configuring the following services:
Softphone – We have a call center for public support. When the call center workstations are connected to the network that passes through the firewall, they are able to make outbound calls, but they cannot receive incoming calls from customers.
VoIP – The internal phones are not working.
We have already reviewed the configurations, firewall rules, but so far without success.
Could someone support us with the correct configuration of these services on the appliance!
