Jira on-premise: Display errors and performance issues

Hi, I'm in the process of figuring out why this happens or where to start.

Basically, we are using Harmony and added Jira on-premise as an app, opening it works, but we are dealing with display and performance issues.

Display issues: as seen below, under "Projects" a list should open as well as the system dashboard should be filled with content. But it's all blank

Performance issues: Sites take ages to load.

Confluence on-premise, which is hosted on the same server (Debian, nginx) in the background, runs perfectly fine. No issues there.

What additional infos can I provide to help out here? Where to start?

Let's start with the basic information:

  • Version/JHF of the gateway you are connecting to
  • Version of the Harmony client with deployed blades

Is there anything in the logs that occur when the client attempts to connect?

Can I check version number in the options somewhere too?

Also, users connect via https://eu.connect.checkpoint.com/[OUR_COMPANY_NAME]

Logs show me that the user can access Jira as granted per policy and GET/POST requests show up as well:
