IP telephony over SIP

Good afternoon, we are setting up between two servers ..21.1 and ..10.2 IP-telephony over SIP. All start to work. Sends registry authentication registry code 200
After 120 seconds the procedure is repeated, but the second register is no longer sent.
When we put the inspector again, everything works again, but after 120 seconds it stops again. Can you please tell me if this is a Checkpoint problem or not?
