HARMONY CONNECT - Failed to establish connection

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well.

I'm experiencing an issue while trying to access Harmony Connect.

Although the application has already been added to the portal, when attempting to establish a connection, it asks for a token whose origin is unknown to me, and I don't know how to obtain it.

Would it be possible for you to assist me, please?

I believe only admin would have that.

Looks like the real issue is "no mutual signature supported" with your SSH key.
Try executing your SSH command using: -o PubkeyAcceptedKeyTypes=ssh-rsa

Hi.
See attached screenshot where  you can find token. In general you will see it once you  opened SSH application in User Portal for application access.
