SNX Failed to Connect

I have an SNX configured. But whenever I try to connect to SNX, it will try to establish connection then the connect button will appear briefly. I checked the mobile access logs and it is rejected indicating error in disconnecting user and with description failed to connect

What version/JHF of gateway?
What version of snx?

I am running a ClusterXL R82 with Take JHF Take 60 + CRL Fix. The version of SNX 800.007.409

SNX debug will likely be needed here.
Depending on whether SNX is being initiated from Windows or Mac/Linux, you'll need to use one of the following SKs:
