"Security gateway doesn't have license for office mode..."

Hi, I was migrating from [4600 & smart1 205] to [6400 & smart 1 600]. 

I'm currently facing a problem where users can't access [remote access VPN] if there are more than 5 hosts already connected. VPN client shows something about "Security gateway doesn't have license for office mode...". Prepetual vpn license [20 seats] from the existing appliance has been moved to a new one. Same ip. Doesn't work either.

Any help?

Could you please post the list of your licenses from "cplic print"?

Generate eval license and if that works, then you know 100% its the license limitation currently in use.

Was the policy installed after the license was applied?

Need to check the licenses as Val suggests.

Hi everyone, turns out it was just a human error from my side, I used the wrong IP (don't remember was it management or gateway ip) when generating the license. Everything works just fine now. Thank You.
