VPN Connection Failed

Hello,

Any hints how can i fix this issue:

Checkpoint VPN Connection Failed, error "You cannot receive an Office Mode IP address because the Security Gateway does not have a license for Office Mode. Contact your Administrator"

Appreciate any help in advance...

What version are you running? Have you checked out SK120652?

Are you using DHCP for Office Mode IP allocation? Please see: sk178767

What is your precise license string on the gateway? (cplic print output)

for the fun of it. Try rebooting the gateway and see if it fixes it.. If possible.

Ive seen that before, and for whatever reason the gateway would screw "something" up.

It got fixed later in a hotfix that got released and no longer seeing it
