Unble to access SSL VPN using MAC OS devices with R80.30

After an upgrade(from Version 80.10 to 80.30) of our Checkpoint FW was done, end-user devices with OS MAC(mainly Catalina and Mojabe OS) can´t access to SSL VPN.

Does anyone could give me some reason about this? Thanks in advance!

Define “can’t access.”
Precise steps taken by end user and error messages received by end users and log messages received in the gateway/management.
