Unale to connect Desktop RDP
Hi Team,
We have deployed the SNX client clientless VPN for accessing RDP of the LAN systems but unable to take RDP using native application.
SNX agent is getting connected and also getting office mode IP but RDP is not working.
Kindly suggest.

It's the Back Connections that is relevant here (it should be enabled, unlike in the screenshot).

Do you see traffic either from office mode pool IP or from firewall itself towards RDP server?
Do you see this traffic being allowed in the logs?
Maybe give this SK a check? https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk168189

Do fw monitor to see if that traffic even reaches the fw.
