Timeout to enter credentials and dynamicID

Good morning,

I have a question, currently we have configured our SSL VPN with the 2MFA (DynamicID).

And we have a question, when we make the connection with username and password, we get the prompt to enter the unique code of DynamicID which we have configured to last 10 minutes.

But, we find that some users, after 2 or 3 minutes of waiting to enter the prompt (there are users who have to call their managers to give it to them and it can take longer), they are logged out and have to log in again.

Do you know how to modify this value to extend the login not to be restarted?
