SSL Extender Issue disconnecting user
Dear all,
we have a issue since we have upgraded the Gateway to R81.10 with the Remote Users which are connected through the SSL Extender or better say through the Mobile Access Portal Agent . They were disconnected in random times and have to connect again.
In the LOG I can see a disconnect with description: "User Logout: User initiated logout"
The users connected with the Native Client have no issues.
Affected Browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Edge. On IE the Issue is not present.
Does anybody face the same Issue?
On sk113410 I saw that there were a difference between IE and all other Browsers:
"While for Internet Explorer browser the Portal Agent is implemented as an ActiveX control, for all other web browsers it is implemented as a Java Plugin, leveraging the Java NPAPI technology."
Do we have to change some Java settings on the clients? Í could'n find any similar issue anywhere and hope someone can help me out.
Thanks for feedback.

Hey Samir,
I've had similar issues at a couple of deployments - Have a look at sk173765.
Browsers based on the Chromium engine are throttling non-active tabs, which will also explain why IE is working fine for you.

Which JHF versions are you running?
Suggest consulting with TAC regarding if the SNX fixes in JHF T38 are relevant to your scenario.

Am I the only one that thinks the UX changes introduced to fix this issue are not user friendly at all?
In an ideal world, yes, the users would disconnect before closing the browser.
Maybe, I should question my own reality.
