Quantum Spark SAML Remote Access Timeout

Hello, good afternoon,

I recently installed version R81.10.15 on our Check Point 1550, which in this new version supports SAML Remote Access authentication with Microsoft Authenticator, for example.

The deployment was successful, and the tests confirmed that this authentication method was working, until after a reboot on the Appliance, now the Login page just keeps loading, until it times out.

I have already recreated the authentication method in Azure, and I also recreated the SAML authentication method, however, the problem persists.

Has anyone else had this problem or know how I could debug it in an SMB?
