Office Mode IP Allocation
Hi All,
We used to allocate ip addresses to office mode users via DHCP using a particular server. This has changed ages ago and we moved to assign IP's manually.
The DHCP server was decommissioned and when trying to delete it, it shows it's still used in the gateway.
The question, how can we set this field to blank? We can always select the option "Automatic" and then select any other object then select the option "Manual", but still it's ugly.
Tried going via GuiDBedit but couldn't locate the exact field to reset.
Any clue?
Cheers
Ps: using R81.10

Does it not show the object anywhere in the gateway object?
There are a few fields in the gateway objects that are...not obvious to edit via (gui)dbedit.
You should be able to search for the object reference in $FWDIR/conf/objects_5.0.C, which might give you a clue where to look.

Does name of that server even show up when you search it in guidbedit? if so, what happens when you try deleting it?
