Limit the SCV policy to a specific group of users

Is there a way to limit SCV policy to a specific group of users?

I want that just a group of users have been verified with specific checks but not all the users using $FWDIR/conf/local.scv

I have reviewed that option but I can’t select any user group. Just it is possible select individual hosts 

Is there a way to disable per user group or just it is possible per host?

You cannot disable SCV for specific users or hosts.
This dialog shows the hosts and services that can be accessed if the client fails the SCV check.
The only option is to disable SCV for clients that do not support it (as shown in the dialog).
