How can I dial a VPN through web?

Hello Mates,

I remember there was a method that enabled users to dial a VPN (via a Java applet) by login into SSL Web portal with the help of Mobile Access blade.

I have enabled Mobile Access Blade but I have no idea where to enable  the web portal so the users can connect to a VPN via web.

I'm using R80.10.

Can you guys instruct me so that I can enable it?
